Technical Committee 41 – Track Maintenance

Committee 41 develops references, guidelines and procedures for the application of AREMA technical standards, railroad best practices and industry expertise in support of track maintenance professionals with the safe and efficient practice of track maintenance.

Subcommittees and Current Assignments

Committee 41 is working on root cause analysis of geometry defects identified by automated measuring equipment (data provided by Committee 2). The analysis will include recommendations for corrective actions.
