Mission Statement

Our Mission is to support the broader Railroad Community for all Environmental Engineering and Maintenance concerns. Comprised of a diverse range of Subject Matter Experts, Committee 13 provides value through best practices, guidance and education of the Railroad Community on existing and emerging regulatory trends.

Vision

Our Vision is to be advocates to railroads and transit organizations through environmental education and training.

Relevant - Provide timely and pertinent support on Environmental needs.
Supportive - Be the resource to AREMA’s membership and the broader Freight/Transit community.
Collaborative - Leverage Committee 13’s internal Subject Matter Experts to assist AREMA more broadly through sub-committee assignments, webinars, articles and advocacy.
