Terms & Conditions:
Sponsorships are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. 
Payment must be provided within 15 days of securing your sponsorship.  Failure to meet this deadline may prevent sponsor from being included in event promotions.  Make payment to AREMA in US Dollars and drawn on a US bank account. 
Sponsoring company will not receive benefits until the logo and payment are received. 
Sponsorship commitments are considered binding and non-refundable.
